2012 Ford Mustang Shelby GT 500 Raffle

Official Rules

• You must be 18 years or older to participate.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Ticket offerings for the 2012 Ford Mustang Shelby GT 500 Medford Youth Hockey & Figure Skating Raffle are:
  • 1 ticket for $25.00
  • 5 tickets for $100.00
• There is no limit to the number of raffle tickets one person can purchase.
• Ticket(s) purchase can be cash, check, money order or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). Checks or money orders made payable to Medford Youth Hockey.
• If an entrant's check or credit card is dishonored by the bank or credit card company, the entry ticket(s) will be invalid, voided and not placed in the raffle drawing. There will be a $50.00 service charge issued for all Non-sufficient Funds checks received.
• Purchaser of raffle ticket(s) must have their name, address and phone number legibly on each ticket. If more than one name is listed on the ticket, the first name listed shall be considered the "entrant". Medford Area Youth Hockey, Inc., shall, will and can have no obligation for delivery to any person other than the entrant.
• Entrant shall retain their ticket stub. In the event of any dispute or controversy concerning the winner of the drawing, entrant will be required to produce their raffle ticket stub.
• All tickets MUST be received by Medford Youth Hockey Association, Inc., prior to 8:00 p.m. on April 13th, 2012 to be eligible for the drawing.
• Winner need not be present.
• The winner will receive a 2012 Ford Mustang Shelby GT 500; MSRP $53,365.00

• No substitutions, cash prize in lieu of prize or transfer of prize by winner allowed.
• The winner will be determined via a random drawing on April 13th, 2012 at approximately 9:00 p.m. at the Simek Recreation Center in Medford, WI. The winner will be notified by phone on April 13th, 2012 if not present. The Ford Mustang Shelby GT 500 will be available for pick up after this date. Arrangements can be made by calling (715) 748-6655.
• The winner is responsible for all licensing, registration, luxury, income or special taxes, pick up or shipping and all other fees (storage, insurance, etc.). Medford Area Youth Hockey, Inc., specifically disclaims all expressed or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purchase regarding the 2012 Ford Mustang Shelby GT 500. Winner has 30 days to claim the prize or ticket will be redrawn.
• Winner accepts car in as is condition, no warranty is implied or expressed.
• Winner will be posted at the website: www.winashelbygt500.com
• All proceeds, less the prize and expenses, benefit Medford Youth Hockey and Figure Skating. Medford Area Youth Hockey Association, Inc. is a nonprofit organization.
